Provided project management structure to coordinate 20 separate workstreams encompassing the full lifecycle of the clients operational activities from asset set up to service delivery.
Maintained the project risk and issue log and managed the timely resolution of issues.
Planned and implemented the training programme for 200 system users and delivered the implementation with a robust post implementation care workstream to ensure the system was embedded in the operation
Concept Viability & Business Set Up
Establishing Feasibility of a concept for a start up
Working with a start up entrepreneur to establish the feasibility of starting up and scaling a business from concept to commencing operations.
In undertaking the SWOT- TOWS analysis and pricing exercises SPD led the client to diversify their offer and include additional value added technology components that provided a unique offer to the target market.
The start up now has a business plan and a growth plan to enable it to secure investment or obtain grant funding.
Cost Allocation and Defining the Service Catalogue
Establishing Foundations for Growth and Saving Clients Money
Working with a public sector shared service centre organisation to develop a cost allocation model.
We enabled the data driven approach to sharing of service costs between users of the organisations services.
The model allowed for variance in service delivery between organisations and reduced the cost for each user as the take up of the service offer grows. The model had the ability to allocate costs to over 100 customers with between 10 and 35 service lines.
The model was accompanied by the development of a service catalogue with SLAs and KPIs for each service offer.
Business System Implementation - Corporate Real Estate
Centralised Business Intelligence, Smart Buildings and Predictive Reporting
Working with FM and Estate Management teams developing the project scope, through the initial implementation and on to the development of additional functionality. The system provided insight in to cost reduction and proactive management of the estate.
The system provided the backbone to a response to the Covid-19 pandemic and allowed a strategic assessment of building capacity in response to changing operational requirements.
